I rented from Apple Property Management about 5 years ago, and I've got to say that I'm surprised these people are still in business. They were absolutely horrible to deal with, with little to no professionalism. I had a lot of the same problems mentioned by others here, such as no return calls to my messages, etc.
The big problem I had with them was that they have no respect whatsoever for tenant rights, and they made that abundantly clear after only a few months of my living in their property.
These people will take advantage of you for their own benefit. If you do choose to rent from them, my advice is you better bone up on landlord/tenant law or retain a lawyer.
