It's been a while since I lived there but see ads in the paper still with prices. This is definately an inexpensive place to live. No pets are allowed but heat and water is included. Bills are usually small for electric. The kitchens are not huge, but workable. I had a third floor w/balcony. The balcony was nice, but the fire doors on every floor did make carrying laundry or groceries very difficult. Extra storage and washer and dryers are in every long unit. This was my first apartment. When I was there they offered free aerobics at the club house and the pool was a nice feature.
