I was taking classes at the massage school and I could've walked if I wanted to. We rented from a private owner...as these are condos...and we paid about $300 less than everyone else did for the same space. So I would highly recommend looking around for a realtor renting out someone's condo...you'll save more money that way.
The insides are industrial white....which I hated and had the AC gone out would have mildewed like crazy. The walls are also stucco, which can get dusty but when it comes time to move out it's easier to patch the holes and not have them noticed. The parking lot is generous, I love that they recycle. And it's a small touch, but I like that they have a huge recycle trash can next to the mail boxes for junkmail right on the spot. That way you don't get it all into your home before you throw it out. The tennis courts and pool were wonderful as well.
