We took our dog in to hospital to have a tumor removed. They took her immediately, stabilized her, ran tests our other vet hadn't, removed what they were able of the infection, started her on a different and broader range of antibiotic, and then consulted with our regular vet throughout the following week to follow up with them directly and provide consistent treatment. Our dog recovered fully.
