They created, hosted and maintained two web sites for me between 1998 and 2004. One of them was in english only, the other in english and japanese.
I would not hesitate to work with them again for web sites even if no japanese is required.
Their servers were very reliable, the sites and email did not go down once.
They are very responsive. It seems some people are working round the clock.
I really appreciate the ability to drive 10 minutes, meet in person and talk about what needs to be done. This is very well worth the few extra bucks that they might costs vs the huge hosting machines out of state.
