Food is okay, but the service is horrible

The people that work there do not speak, nor are they nice. When they bring the food to the table, they throw it on the table. The food is okay for $1.99. The funny thing is I never expected to spend so much money to pay for a meal. Seeing that the food is $1.99, you would think nothing of it, but this is smaller portions too. It is nice to go with friends to chat over the food, and order more to possibly share. Parking is also difficult.
