Going to the Newport is definitely an experience. It's dark and kind of gross, but it is fun. I saw a couple of concerts there and it always seems kind of druggie to me. Lots of people in all black with died hair. It's right on OSU's campus so it is pretty much all students there. They do get a lot of good bands though and it's close to so much that you can walk.
