PD Penguins is a very interesting concept, an ice rink and arcade all in one. The reality is not as "cool". The rink is small and unsafe for the casual young user. The side rails are at chin and neck height for both front and back falls. They are not cushioned in any way, just hard material. No outside food is permitted, so snacks and meals must be purchased on site. They are overpriced, but they do offer a wide variety. This includes a wide variety of items offered at a healthier salad bar. The games are entertaining, but children run through tokens quickly.
I give a very low rating for the safety issues with the ice rink.
