I trust Michelle to understand me for all my dietary needs, she definitely is no stranger to every type of diet and she really understands how to breakdown a person's habits. I have had great success and am so knowledgeable about what I eat and what not to eat. I originally went in there for advice but I came out an informed and conscience person about bad habits and dietary needs.
