It is almost without a doubt that the ramen noodles served here are basically instant noodles. Obviously they don't simply boil it and add flavoring, but with a little effort and vegetables anyone can make 'Ajisen Ramen'. That is not to say that their other selections are just as simple. Some of their rice plates are worthwhile such as the Japanese Style Fried Rice.
