Absolutely the best spring rolls in the Twin Cities. The Lotus is a really nummy Vietnamese restaurant. I highly recommend it for both the food and the service. Both are excellent. The food isn't greasy, like much Asian cuisine can be, and the vegetables are fresh, and not overcooked. The staff is exceptionally friendly and warm, and I always feel very welcome. The ambiance isn't necessarily intimate, but still a great place for a date or a dinner with friends or colleagues.
