While I had the impression that the doctor genuinely cared for my pet, follow through was quite lacking. After tests were run, it took a long time to talk to someone to get the results. Phone calls were not returned in a timeline that I found acceptable. Even though I was not
pleased with the follow through, if I needed to take a pet somewhere to have it euthanized, I would probably take it here—caring hands and heart, coupled with a very soft bedside manner might make a traumatic experience easier.
