The Inn at Langley is a great romantic destination. The rooms all face the water and have deep soaking tubs with water views.
Great comfy furniture - we went during the summer, but would love to come back in the winter - it would be a perfect place to watch the winter weather and curl up with a book.
The dinner is amazing - the desserts are especially good.
Location makes it an ideal weekend get-away from Seattle. Not too far to drive, but far enough to feel like a vacation.
Nice continental breakfast on the morning.
