I was impressed with The Finer Consignor consigment shop in East Lyme, Connecticut. All of their items are current or recent styles, in good condition,and displayed attractively. The prices are reasonable. I've seen DKNY, Chico's, Vera Bradley, and other such good labels. There are lots of accessories of all kinds, too. I just brought home a straw hat with floral decoration that enchanted me and wouldn't let me leave it there. It was 50% off the original consignment price (sale price $3.50), as were many other items in the shop. If they accept your items for consignment and they sell them, your commission is 50%. Call first to see if they're accepting items at that time.
