The first time I tried Tony Roma's, the ribs were very dry and disappointing. A few years later I decided to give the place a second chance and had a good experience. Since then I've been to Tony Roma's dozens of times and have consistently been served moist and delicious ribs. I recommend the Carolina Honeys; they're the tastiest ribs on the menu. I've had steak here several times and it has always been very tender and flavorful. They once had the best coleslaw in Seattle, but they changed their coleslaw recipe and now it is just average. If you don't want to drive up north for ribs, or you want genuine smoked ribs (not just smoky-flavored), try Longhorn Barbeque's Outpost in Pioneer Square.
