I had to bring my car in to be serviced. I made sure to call in advance to schedule an appointment and obtain an estimate.
Of course, on the day of my appointment, I was quoted a higher cost and told the quote I was given was for another type of car (even though I gave them my specific car type) and the maintenance, which I was told would take 1/2 a day took the entire day.
This is not odd for car dealership service departments that I have dealt with in New York, but I did expect more from the CT dealership.
On the positive side, the service writers/managers were very nice and willing to answer any questions I had.
