Salty's Restaurant at Redondo Beach is the best seafood restaurant around. They have a lively bar with outdoor seating and heaters. The dining room also has outdoor seating with heaters. The entire restaurant is on piers above the Puget Sound, so it is the perfect place to watch the sunset. I've eaten there several times and I especially liked the lobster. Salty's also has a take-out window for casual dining on the beach [limited menu]. You will need a reservation, especially for the famous Sunday Brunch.
