One of the interesting things to do at the Pikes Place Market is to watch Cheese making at Beecher's. They are known for their cheese curd, but they alos offer many different cheeses. The prices can be a bit steep, but the atmosphere is nice and the staff is knowledgeable about cheese. Try a free sample of the curd, if you find value in these words...
