Waterfront Park is a nice place to spend the day. There's the great lawn for a picnic or a pickup game, there's the playground for the kids and there is a small water park for those hot summer days. It's a good place to go to feel like part of the community.
The parks main drawback, to me, is that the "water" in Waterfront Park is the ugly Ohio River with all it's brown-water pollutedness.
