I need a clamp for the seat on my wife's Dahon bike. Chelsea bicycle was very helpful. A couple of weeks later we realized that that clamp was the wrong size (we never put it on). This time I brought the bike in and they exchange the clamp out for the correct one.
They could not have been nicer.
