Check out Nates clothing outlet if you want low low prices on a fairly wide selection of suits and mens wear. Nates has a nice staff who are all willing to help you size and find a suit for any occasion. The prices are great (i'm not sure why they are so low) and you may even find special sales around the beginning of August. The location is downtown minneapolis and parking can be found nearby.
