I have been going to Bella for more than a year and I have yet to have a bad haircut. I recommend making your next appointment when you check out if you need to make it during prime time (i.e., after work). But the salon environment is casual and laid back and they always do a good job. Also, as an added plus, I've hardly ever had to wait long and the staff is uniformly friendly and attentive. Though I've never had other services, such as waxing or nails, you can get that done here too. It's right behind Boston street on the water-- if you're driving don't forget to ask for directions on how to access the parking spots in front of the shop.
