I have found that the Staff is fairly knowledgeable. They have a decent selection of music and movies, although the movie section is located in a separate store from the music, though in the same mall. They recently got rid of the Student Advantage discount, which is a major negative because this kept prices low.
The movie selection is difficult to navigate.. .especially the rental section. However, if you do have difficulty, more often than not the staff will be able to look up the title. However, the rentals now have some GW competition with a rental machine located in Gelman Library. Also, campussnacks.com has entered the movie rental game, delivering the rental to your do and allowing you to return it to the GW Student Association
Overall, good selection, but a difficult to navigate store.
