My family and I first went to the relatively new Top Dog Café on our vacation three years ago and have made sure to revisit the place every year since. This year we stayed all the way down in Hatteras Village and still made the drive. It’s that good. The food is what you would expect, American and seafood, and has been very good. What really makes the Café is the atmosphere. Both floors are just screened in porches so it is a great open feeling.
