All the locals know what that saying means, it has been around for a lot of years, and so has South Louisiana Bank. South Louisiana Bank is a local company with local people running it. It is a wonderful place to have your money and they really will try to go out of their way to help you if you ever have a problem, and this is one reason they have probably been around for so long. I love the fact that they refuse to sell out to larger financial institutions and would rather serve the local people of the Houma/Thibodaux region. Sometimes you will pay more for finance charges but that is about the only drawback of this bank.
