Feeling thrifty on my car's last brake pad change, I found a coupon online for Pacific Auto Service and decided to try it out. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Many of the mechanics did not speak English too well, but someone was always available to answer any questions. Service was fast, though afterwards I had some problems with my car shuddering when I hit the brakes. Maybe that was a normal settling of the new pads, but it was a bit suspicious.
