Good: I saw the nurse practioner Laura Koch. She was very friendly and very thorough. She answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I will definitely come back to see her.. Bad: The front desk clerk was very rude when I realized that my blue cross insurance card wasn't in my wallet. I had already given my info over the phone when I made my appt. I understand the need to get a copy of it. I was going to fax it over as soon as I got home. I was made to feel like I was lying and that I was a criminal or something. I had to make many phone calls to insurance just to get my appt as I was threatened that I wouldn't be able to see Laura if I didn't have the card.. Improvements: Front desk clerk that treat you as a human being that they care about. Everyone forgets things sometime...and I drove from out of town for that appt.. Other: Overall the office environment was clean, and inviting.. more
