When we get a client who is so unhappy with something that occurred in the salon, it really bothers me. what is really bad is that the client felt compelled to give such a negative feedback. I wish that I had been personally made aware of her dissatisfaction, so I could do something to help the situation. I just hope that the person in question will contact me, so I can personally apologize for the negative experience. Our receptionists are exceptional, and I am so sorry if she was made to feel uncomfortable. We try to pride ourselves on high quality customer service, with attention to details, and the clients' positive visit. I always wish that there could be another opportunity to make the client feel better about us. more
