Michelle's is a great neighborhood hair salon. The staff is easy-going and comfortable to be around. Naturally they are staffed by licensed hair stylists.
They do take unisex clients.
They are a full service salon. It is kept very clean and hygienic. I was not hesitant or uncomfortable at any time. They do shampoos and blow-drys, roller sets, relaxers, and a myriad of other hair services.
The prices are reasonable, and certainly cheaper than your average mall salon. My shampoo, blow-dry, and trim was only $30. My hair is difficult to manage and the stylist did a wonderful job.
They also have a weekend mens special for a shampoo and hair cut. They take walk-ins, but an appointment is recommended.
