Ok. The best part (really, small things make me happy) is that it's a house. The place is a showpiece of a showroom for everything for your home, from upscale, quality furniture, to a wonderful mango salsa. The place feels like you're walking through someones wonderfully decorated home, except that if you like something, they'll sell it to ya!
The owners have this huge charming house, with nooks and crannies full of great stuff for your home. Very elegant, very tasteful, if a bit pricey.
I don't think we even ran into a salesperson. I assume that if you want something, you just stop someone who works there and get more info.

We were just wandering around the charming street and ran into the place.
They hand-make all the products in the back rooms and all the products smell divine! As soon as you walk in, you can feel a fresh, refreshing feeling overcome you. Not too overpowering, not to strong, not harsh, the scents are all from nature. Light notes.
The lotions and body products felt great! They also carry a wide range of aromatherapy products, essential oils and such. And all the tools to use them. The staff are great for honest advice and no-pressure assistance.

Charming area to walk around in, the place is small, but the service is great. The atmosphere very minimalistic and intimate. They are very sweet and sensitive to their clients.
I filled out a questionnaire and she had a short conversation about where we needed to concentrate, how soft a touch i prefer, etc. The point is, she took her time. i didn't feel like I was being rushed to make room for her next appointment.
The best part: the massage table was a heated (warmed) water bed. Complete luxury. The products used were great, and I have very sensitive skin. She was great.
I almost fell asleep during lunch afterward..!

My absolute favorite for a car wah. I never go anywhere else.
It 100% brushless (if you've ever has a brushed wash, you've seen what it does to your car. It just makes you cry!) and they are very meticulous.
If you're like me you always put off your wash on a nice day and the day you decide to do it, there is a rain forecast. By the time you get that wash, the car is begging for a wash and vaccum.
Eagle does a good job of removing all the dist and grime, especially necessary in winter with all that paint damaging slush-salt mixture.
They vaccum every nook and cranny and wipe everything down well. I've never had a complaint. The location is not in a busy area, so not a lot of traffic goes by.
They do great detailing as well.

NJ Books carries books for Rutgers, New Jersey Institute of Technology [NJIT] and the University of Medicine and dentistry of New jersey [UMDNJ].
Who knows how such a small space can carry all those books and they literally carry absolutely every book. They also carry all school supplies. You can literally be done with your school shopping here. They carry all Rutgers merchandise (tees, sweats, caps, books and supplies w/ Rutgers logo on them]
Their new and used prices are cheaper than the Bradley Hall bookstore at Rutgers. The space is always a massive crowd for the whole first week of class [duh! who buys books before school even starts!]. If you need books right before a class, forget it. You better do it during one of your free periods.
They take cash and credit/debit cards. Pay attention, sometimes there are separate lines for plastic.
Their return policy is simple. Once add/drop period is over [usually the first two weeks of schhol], you cannot return a book, you just have to sell it back. Keep your receipt if you think you may need to exchange it, or aren't sure about a class.
They also do book buy-back at the end of a term.
One warning: you cannot pick and choose your book like at a regular bookstore. it's too small for that system. You give them a copy of yor schedule (Registrar's/web printout) and they hand you your book. If the used one is too marked up, you may ask for another one, but then, don't expect a smile from the harried clerk.
YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO COMPARE PRICES ONLINE. I'VE HEARD THEY'RE EVEN CHEAPER.

Dr. Panariello and Dr. Cervanax (a married couple running an eye care facility) are a really great choice for your eye care.
I was recommended to them for a special concern I've had and really it's been a pleasure for the past few years. i recommend them to all my friends and family.
Appointments are hassle free; it's a busy practice, but you can work with your schedule. Insurance and payments are hassle free. They have the most updated equipment and the staff makes you feel really comfortable, even with that horroble eye-puff exam!
Thye even have other specialists coming into the office if you need them. Retinal specialists and so forth. A glasses store is connected and available for your frames and lenses.

Seriously it is, just like back home. It's a Pan-no-gallo.
Laxmi sells pan, cigarettes, sugarcane juice, rakhees in season, candy, mukhwas, etc.
The draw isn't the pan .. well it is .. what really draws is that feeling of being in India. The place is surrounded by tell-tale red spots [no spittoon here! and if there was, the Desi's probably wouldn't use it]. The men hang around while their women shop in nearby grocery, Saree, and jewelry stores.
Located right between the two parking lots, it's where you stop off in the way in and again on the way out. At least that what my cousin insists on doing .. then he gets a few packed up for the fridge at home.

Sheetal is the clothing house that dresses every single Miss India, the most creative and exclusive formal wear designer in India for decades and still holding strong.
Well, now they have a US branch, located on Oak Tree Road. If you know Sheetal, you know they have the most exquisite Indian fashions anywhere. In my opinion, if you get married, you either buy Sheetal or you buy Ritu Singh.
This showroom has a stock of beautiful dresses that can be altered for you or you can order from Sheetal's annual catalog and they can custom make it for you from India and ship it here.
100% gurantee, you will never be disappointed.

Khajana is absolutely famous in New Jersey for carrying the most exclusive Indian formal wear for men and women.
They have gorgeous one of a kind pieces in the most breathtaking designs and work. Never mass produce, the showroom is like walking into the private showroom at Sheetal India or something. [by the way, Sheetal now has a boutique on Oak Tree Road as well.]
The owner Dolly spends much time and energy ferreting out these prices, most of which are handmade.
She provides alteration service as well, for that custom-made fit.
Very pricey, prices are competitive with Sheetal and the like. Khajana did get some criticism for her prices, but I say, if you can't afford it, don't buy it. But hey! you only get married once.
