The selection at Once Upon a Child is fabulous. They mix in some new merchandise with merchandise that they have purchased from customers. They only buy the best condition items, so you know that what you're getting hasn't been completely destroyed by another child. They are not nearly as inexpensive as getting these same items from a garage sale or a newspaper though, but I guess that's the trade off for having the large selection in one place.
