I took my car to this dealer because it is the closest one to my home. The first time I took it in, it was for a 30,000 mile maintence check, a big one. I anticipated it taking awhile but not 8 hours, after making an appointment and being told that it would take 4. My customer service advisor was nice and gave me a $50 credit toward my next service.
The second time I took my car in, it was for a simple wheel alignment. Again, I made an appointment and they told me it would take no longer than a few hours. FOUR hours later, it was still in line to go in the shop. EIGHT hours later, it was still not ready. I didn't get my car until the next day.
After giving my honest opinion to the customer service center, I received a very unpleasant call from the Service Dept. manager disputing my comments. Needless to say, I will not go back!
