He is really professional & courteous, on the phone and also in person. He wasn't aggressive or pushy the way many car salesperson often are. He kept his word by providing us with the missing navigation CD & missing spare key. He even offered to drive the CD to Dahlia's office in Redmond. Besides Youcef, you're showroom impressed us as well. The play area was amazing - our daughter had a blast which made it easier for us to go through the process.
