Photography by Holmberg did the pictures for my youngest daughter's dance recital pictures this year. The pictures are adorable!! The photographer worked really well with the girls, which is not something that I can say of most of the photographers I've worked with. The only problem was the time it took to deliver the pictures. The pictures were taken around the first of May and the proofs were back within a couple of weeks, but it took nearly 3 months to get the photos. That's too long!!

This is a unique way to have Chinese. You start by taking a plate and piling it high with the type of meat you want (frozen chicken, beef or pork), then adding the vegetables you would like. After you have that you proceed to the sauces and add those in any combination you desire. When you're through with that you take your plate to the open grill that several cooks are and they will cook it for you to your specifications. The food is quite good and the price for lunch is very competitive. We enjoy this place and would recommend it.

This is a terrific Mexican food restaurant that our family really enjoys. The tortillas are handmade and absolutely terrific!!! We love their fajitas and enchiladas. Their prices are very competitive and the atmosphere very nice, too. The service is attentive and friendly. It is very conveniently located and our family would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

This is a rather unique way to watch a movie. It's in an older movie theater and they have the regular popcorn and drink, but you can also order pizzas, nachos, salads and sandwiches that they will deliver to you as you are watching your movie. The price always seems a bit steep to watch a movie in an old theater, but the kids enjoy combining the movie with dinner. It never seems too crowded and they're usually playing something we want to see. It's good on occasion for a treat.

This is a good little Japanese restaurant specializing in hibachi dining. It's always a great deal of fun to watch them cook their food in front of you. You don't go here for the atmosphere, in fact you might call this a hole-in-the-wall, but the food is so good you really don't mind. It's a little on the expensive side, but there are always coupons available to make it more reasonable.

I believe this to be Arlington's nicest restaurant. It has a beautiful high-rise view and the food is wonderful. The atmosphere is quite charming and intimate. We always feel that we're one of the few people there. The service is always excellent, prompt and attentive. They are open for lunch, although we've only been there for dinner. It is rather expensive, but not too bad for the quality meal and experience you will have.

This is my favorite tearoom in Arlington. I usually go here for my birthday lunch. It is housed inside the Antiques & Moore Mall. It has a charming atmosphere and the food is terrific. Be sure to get there early because it gets crowded quickly. The price is about average for tearooms, but worth it for what you get. I would always recommend this to everyone.
