We've had these guys to our house twice in 8 years. Once was to help me replace a Moen cartridge I had stripped the screw off of, they stopped after getting it out (the hard part) and told me I could finish (which was easy) and save $50 by buying the part myself or that they would finish but they'd have to charge me more. The second time they were similarly good.
