The Lyndhurst Pastry Shop is worth a trip from anywhere in North Jersey. The Italian pastries are the best and if you are lucky enough to be in the area when they make St. Josephs, don't miss this special treat. They also make delicious cookies (I love the macaroons topped with pinoli nuts) and wonderful birthday cakes with Italian cream filling. They also bake fresh bread daily. Luscious lemon ice is a summer cooler. You'll be back for more.
