I really like Old Navy clothing. It is trendy and hip... you are always on the latest in fashion trends and the best part is that its quite affordable.
The staff is usually good, except for a really rude female employee that I encountered once. I was taking my baby daughter in the trying room with me because I was alone with her and she implied that I was trying to sneak in clothes. The employee and her manager apologized to me when the bundle of clothes in the stroller turned out to be my swaddled baby. He said that she was a new emplyee etc. etc. But she ruined my mood so bad that I wrote to Old Navy with a complaint and vowed never to go to that particular store. They promptly replied and offered to follow up on the incident, but I let it go.
