Elle Beauty Salon is located in Chicago's Chinatown. The stylists there do a great job of doing all the latest hair cuts. Usually they are busy after 5pm. I went to them for about a year and I am satisfied with the results. However, their prices went up for men's hair cuts just like the other salons in Chinatown and so I do not think it is worth it to spend over $20 on a haircut now.
