This hotel is quite luxurious. A lot of celebrities stay here and they hold parties here for the Daytime Emmys every year. There are two bars in the lobby to unwind and have a drink. The staff is very polite. The concierge handles your bags and will let you know (most of the time) if any big events are going on at the time. The beds in the rooms are extremely comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. You get a hair dryer and iron, all the essentials. The thing is you have to pay quite expensively for all these perks. I'm not sure how the room service is because I have never tried it, but it looks very expensive. So, as with all hotels, it's probably better to eat out unless you are really lazy and have the money to burn. And the room was really clean, nearly spotless. The view wasn't that great, but what can you expect for a Manhattan hotel?
