The mechanics and service reps who work in this department are almost always extremely nice and helpful. They are honest and tend to tell you what's wrong with your car in a very straightforward, no-nonsense manner. They have frequent specials and are usually willing to try and resolve any disagreements that arise between their auto shop and a customer. They've gone the distance more than once by paying for repairs that were in dispute.
