I recently purchased four Goodyear Assurance® All-Season tires from Alexandria Tire Center, in Northern Kentucky. Without question, this has been the worst customer service experience in my lifetime, regardless of the product or service.\r

On Tuesday, 7/21, I agreed to have the tires installed with an alignment included in the price. I elected to wait during this installation. Two and a half hours later I was informed that a bolt had broken for the rear alignment. I was told I would be contacted as soon as repairs could be made.\r

On Wednesday 7/22, I was informed that a "Left Rear Carrier" was damaged during the installation process and would require replacement.\r

On Thursday 7/23, I was informed that the "Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor" was damaged during the installation process and would require replacement.\r
