Cleaning was good. HORRIBLE, rude and abrasive customer service. I had to travel unexpectedly and they charged me $110 b/c I did not ""notify"" them within 48 hours. First the manager Daniel said ""no problem"" then Kim said ""we gotta charge you unless you sign a contract."" Ridiculous, Rude, Repugnant people, plenty of other great options out in Nashville area
