My review pertains to EBMS service department and speciffically Bryan, Lead Technician. I had an issue with my brakes plus a recall notice and I called EBMS for an appointment, they had me in the shop within 2 days (unheard of in this industry). I met Bryan who was going to work on my GW and he was the most knowledgleable, friendly technician I have run into in years. His knowledge of the GW was awesome, he answered every question I asked him which enabled me to fix some of my minor issues. I incurred a problem on the way that caused my emergency lights to start blinking. When I got there I told Bryan about it and he instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it without me having to come back for another appointment and saved me about $60.00. I highly recommend their service department for any repairs for Honda, Yamaha, Spyders etc. They were friendly, helpful and fixed my bike while I waited. They have a customer for life.
