OK well where to start. The Order process was Stellar. Zack was awesome. I used the Xidax.com's chat feature to speak with Zack on Numerous Occasions reguarding my Order and Specs of the laptop. I work 16 hours days sometimes and I was nervous about an aspect of my order and sent a message via the chat window on the website at 11:30PM EST. Zack RESPONDED WITHIN MINUTES. I was Impressed. No I do not work for Xidax I am just a customer From NY that heard about the company on Nvidia's Facebook page. The laptop came UPS ground and in Great packaging as to not damage the system. Specs where what was discussed. Here is what impressed me even more. I took delivery of this system on July 1st or around there and Xidax has a Summer sale going on that is giving 5% off a system and a couple games. I didnt expect to get Anything but I sent a message to Zidax and Zack came through again with Codes for Splinter cell and Credits for planetside 2 and Hawken. This is great. Now I know he didnt have to do this but he took care of me even after I bought the system. That is what customer Service is all about as far as im concerned. Xidax you have a Customer for Life!!!!
