I have ordered from Sushi Japon many times, and now I realize they need to change their name. Everything I've ever had has been flavorful and properly cooked. However, after today, I will never order sushi from them. My nigiri was inedible. Tiny pieces of salmon cut so thin they were falling apart. I peeled a bit of the salmon off and tried it. It was mealy.
