Called for a price on a spring. Was given the number to a competitor that sold just the springs. Then received an installation quote as well. Quote was fair market value. Service tech showed up within 20 minutes and was done within 20 more minutes! Additonal maintenance was done without charge - door balancing, lubrication of rollers, track tightening, etc. Great service with a smile! Highly recommend!
