We had trouble with our garage door not wanting to close. After eliminating the possible problems that we could do on our own I decided to see who to call to have our door serviced. I made a call on Tuesday afternoon, spoke with Terry and sent Allan out on same day. After looking at the door he figured out the problem and fixed the door within the time he estimated. I would definitely recommend American Best Door Service…thanks! more

Reliable and Honest Service 3/18/2014

We had to make a service call on a Saturday. Allan called back and was kind enough to walk us through a few things to try. When it was determined he needed to come out, he arrived in a very reasonable amount time considering it was short notice. After taking a look, he got the garage door back on track and in a short amount of time. Thanks Allan. more

Would not call anyone else for service except American Best garage door. 3/12/2014

I bought my home after downsizing about 5 years ago. I had to have the door serviced twice before the recommendation to put in a new door. With this service the door came off track and they were here to repair before night so as to protect the things in my garage. Much time was spent to identify why this had occurred. WE decided to install new rollers. Then Allan spent time releveling and adjusting the door. Runs like a dream now. more

I called within about 30 minutes of when they were closing for the day and they came out and fixed our garage door that slipped off the track! They were so nice and so understanding and very helpful! I would defiantly recommend them and use their service again and again! more

American Best Door Service - Alan is the BEST! 2/3/2014

Definitely use this company for your garage door repairs - they are AWESOME! I wish there were 6 stars to give! Alan came today to fix our garage door and he was phenomenal. He replaced the springs, the trac rollers, struts, fixed the sagging chain, and got our outside remote panel to work again! He was competent, professional, explained everything, and fixed it all perfectly! I just can't say enough good words!!! more

Great Service!!! 1/27/2014

My garage door had a broken spring and it could not open. Called Terry, to see if he could get someone out here to take a look and get a quote. Terry got someone here within an hour (excellent customer service) and he told me about my problem with the garage door. I love the fact that the repair men was professional and did not up sale me on anything. Told him to go ahead and fix the problem, it took only 30mins. He also, did a maintenance check on the motor, chain, and etc as well as lubed them. Great service!!! Will do business again. more

Quick fix and maintenance 1/2/2014

Today was the third time I have used American Best in the last 10 years, and each time they have provided prompt, same day service. They are thorough, honest and fairly priced. No upselling or false diagnosis. I will continue to use American Best and highly recommend them to anyone needing annual maintenance, repair or replacement. more

Garage Door Fix 12/4/2013

Pulled out of my garage and hit an incorrect button and closed the garage door on top of my car. CAr had no damage but the garage door, wheels and track was off, bent and parts were moved. Instead of jumping to expensive conclusions to replace the door and tracks they were able to tweek and adjust everything to make it workable like nothing happened. Service was friendly and took the time to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. more

Excellent 12/3/2013

American Best Door Service did an excellent job with a difficult repair. They replaced a broken spring on my two car garage door, which was complicated because the builder over sprayed most of the parts, which caused them to be very difficult to remove. The job was done exactly as promised. Excellent work! more

Since my first encounter with a reluctant garage door, ABD's phone number has been programmed in my phone. Each time I called he has arrived timely and completed whatever was needed to get my garage door operating in the same day. He is always polite, competent and professional. This last time he had his nephew with him and he was also an excellent and professional worker. more
