My Samsung LCD had the capacitor problem common with these sets. The Samsung 800# lady gave me W V Electronics' #. I called LATE Fri afternoon and they scheduled me for Mon AM betw 9 - 11:00. Ira, the tech, was on time and gave me a heads up call 5 min before arriving. He is very nice and in 15 min I was back in business. Efficient, professional. Also, the phone receptionist is very nice. High marks for this company based on my recent experience.
