The people who have written negative reviews about the LACK of service and friendliness after the sale are 100% correct. I purchased a pair of expensive frameless glasses from them, plus had them replace the lenses for me in a pair of expensive designer sunglasses I purchased elsewhere. The initial transaction was great (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1). A short while after wearing the frameless glasses, one of the lenses became scratched (the scratch was obvious). I returned to Clear Sight and was not only met with a sarcastic attitude, but they refused to repair the lens unless I agreed to an eye exam. I have my own eye doctor where I live, but I agreed to it only because I need my glasses to see and wanted it fixed. The eye doctor told me I had high eye pressure (yeah, I know, I've had that condition since I was a teenager and my regular eye doctor screens me and monitors the situation).
