Filed a Claim with Claimstar in September. After being told week after week that there was no news , I took it upon myself to contact my insurance company. They cashed my check in October ! Filed a claim with Better business bureau and was promised immediate payment by Claimstar...I am still waiting as we are now past the decemebr due date. Do not use this company under any circumstance. \r

Follow Up : So I finally recieved my money in February from Claimstar. Seems there were some serious general management issues and those that were in place were fired. Once the new GM came in (Barry) , communication was restored on a daily basis and recieved my money in a few weeks. If you still have issues with this company , contact Barry he will help you get your money.
